Analisis Pola Spasial Sebaran COVID-19 Kota Bogor Berdasarkan Indek Moran

Bencana pandemi COVID-19 di kota Bogor perlu diidentifikasi sebaran pola spasial guna memudahkan upaya mitigasi. Pola dan pemetaan klaster lokal diperlukan untuk mengetahui daerah mana yang terkena dampak. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengidentifikasi memetakan spasial, apakah itu acak, tersebar, atau mengelompok. Arah dipetakan pencegahan penyebarannya. Pengambilan data secara agregat kasus positif suspek masing-masing kelurahan mulai 1 Maret 2020 hingga 23 Mei 2021. Pengolahan dilakukan dengan metode kuantitatif menggunakan perangkat lunak statistika SIG. Identifikasi dianalisis autokorelasi Index Moran'I Global. Hasil analisis menggambarkan bahwa memiliki mengelompok indeks Moran 0,432980 0,280374. Pemetaan titik panas pada Getis Ord Gi* menunjukkan signifikan terdapat 11 dingin. terjadi letaknya berdekatan, melintasi tidak mengenal batas kecamatan. Standar deviasi elips informasi penting arah kecenderungan penyebaran mitigasi bencana beberapa Kota Bogor.
